These Terms of Service govern your use of the QRSIS platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
"Platform": QRSIS web application and all its sub-services "User": Any natural or legal person who creates an account on the Platform "Business": A digital showcase created by a User on the Platform "Customer": An end user who views a business showcase by scanning a QR code
2. Scope of Service
QRSIS is a SaaS platform that provides businesses with digital menu, catalog, order management, reservation, QR code generation, and analytics services. The Platform is provided "as is" and is continuously being developed.
3. Account Creation and Security
• A valid email address is required to create an account. • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. • You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account. • Persons under 18 years of age may not create an account.
4. Usage Rules
By using the Platform, you agree to: • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not infringe on the rights of third parties • Avoid actions that may compromise Platform security • Not publish spam, malware, or misleading content • Not reverse engineer or copy the Platform
5. Pricing and Payment
• Basic features are provided free of charge. • Premium plans are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions. • Payments are securely processed through Stripe. • Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
• The QRSIS brand, logo, software, and designs belong to the Company. • Users retain rights over the content they upload. • Users grant the necessary license for their content to be displayed on the Platform. • Users bear legal responsibility for the content they upload.
7. Service Level and Availability
• We aim for 99.9% platform uptime. • Maintenance windows will be announced in advance. • We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.).
8. Limitation of Liability
• The Platform is provided "as is". • We cannot be held responsible for indirect, special, or punitive damages. • Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the last 12 months. • We are not responsible for the accuracy of content uploaded by users.
9. Account Termination and Suspension
• You can delete your account at any time. • Accounts that violate usage rules may be warned, suspended, or terminated. • After account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. • If you have an active subscription, a refund for the remaining period may be provided.
10. Changes and Disputes
• We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. • The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes. • The courts and enforcement offices of Izmir shall have jurisdiction.
